wismo zero · a reference sheet for people we emailed

You probably got an email from us.

If a short plain-text note about your “where’s my order?” tickets brought you here — that was us. This page is the same offer, in writing, so you can check it before you reply.

Our emails come from an @automations-help.com address — that’s automations.help with a dash, dot com; the .help domain itself doesn’t send mail. If the email you got came from anywhere else, or anything on this page doesn’t match it, don’t reply to it.

what I’m offering

I build a guardrailed drafter for one ticket: “where’s my order?”. It finds the order in Shopify, reads live carrier tracking, and writes the reply — order status, tracking, and an honest ETA, in your brand’s voice — then drops it into the Gorgias ticket as a draft for your agent to glance at and send.

The messy ones — no order found, delivered but the customer says missing, shipped but overdue — it doesn’t touch. Those get tagged and routed to a human. And it never auto-sends. Not to anyone, not once.

the terms

the demo
Free, recorded, on your last 20 real WISMO tickets — before any invoice.
access for the demo
Read-only, scoped to those 20 tickets, revoked the moment the run ends.
the build
If you judge the drafts good: built live in your stack for $1,500 flat, one time. No retainer.
ownership
The n8n export and docs are yours. Self-host for $0/mo; hosting by us is optional, later, and cancelable.
the refund
Measured for 30 days after install. If WISMO handle time isn’t cut by at least 50%, the $1,500 comes back — and you keep the build.

how the demo runs

  1. You reply. We set up the scoped access together: a Gorgias token that can read tickets and write drafts but cannot send, and a Shopify custom app that is read-only on orders and fulfillments.
  2. The drafter works through your last 20 WISMO tickets in one recorded batch. Every draft it writes and every routing decision it makes is on the video.
  3. You revoke access — one click — then watch the recording and judge the drafts yourself. Good: we build. Not good: you keep the recording, we’re done, and you owe nothing.

exact access, and what it can never do

SystemScopeWhyWhat it can never do
GorgiasRead tickets · write drafts. No send permission.Classify the ticket, drop a ready-to-send draft into it.Can’t send, refund, close, or delete. It can only suggest.
ShopifyCustom app, read-only: orders + fulfillments.Match the customer’s order and read its real fulfillment state. No write access at all — can’t touch orders or customers.
Tracking / 3PLRead-only carrier status. So the ETA in the draft is live and honest, not guessed.Status in, nothing out.
Drafting modelClaude, via the Anthropic commercial API.Writes the draft reply in your brand voice.Under Anthropic’s commercial terms your data is not used to train models — verify that in their terms, not my word.

when this isn’t the right buy

If you want auto-send and auto-close, many intents automated instead of one, or a vendor-run system with an SLA — that’s Gorgias’s own product, and it’s the better call. Tell me that’s you and I’ll say so and point you there instead of taking your $1,500.

who’s behind this

Cory. automations.help is my studio — small and new, and I say so: no client logos, no testimonials, no invented numbers. You judge the recorded run against your own 20 tickets, not a portfolio. I read every reply to cory@automations-help.com.

The ask is the same as the email: reply to it, or write to cory@automations-help.com with “demo” and your store URL. I’ll take it from there.

Hi Dana — good news: your mugs are moving. Your order shipped on the 25th and USPS scanned it in Ontario, CA this morning — on track to reach you by Tue, Jul 8. Here’s the live tracking link so you can watch it the rest of the way. If it hasn’t updated by Wednesday, just reply here and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
