Your store should run itself.

01The bleed

You're running a brand, not a data-entry team.

Every DTC store leaks hours into the same manual work. It's invisible until you add it up — and it's the first thing that buckles when you try to grow.

  • Copy-pasting tracking numbers between your 3PL, Shopify, and the customer.
  • Answering the same “where's my order?” ticket forty times a day.
  • Chasing reviews and UGC by hand after every delivery.
  • Reconciling inventory across suppliers, your store, and a spreadsheet.
  • Rebuilding the same revenue report in a spreadsheet every Monday.
  • Tagging, flagging, and routing orders one at a time.

None of it grows the brand. All of it is automatable.

02What we automate

Hand us the busywork. Keep the brand.

Six systems that run quietly in the background — built on the tools you already use.

Order & fulfillment ops

Orders that route themselves

Auto-tag and flag orders, sync tracking back to customers, push clean data to your 3PL, and catch exceptions before they turn into tickets.

  • Shopify
  • ShipBob
  • Slack

Support & returns

Support that drafts its own replies

Auto-triage tickets, draft on-brand responses, and run return and refund flows end-to-end. Your team approves — it doesn't type.

  • Gorgias
  • Shopify
  • Stripe

Reviews & UGC

Reviews and UGC on autopilot

Trigger review requests at the right post-delivery moment, collect UGC, and route your five-star moments straight to ads and the site.

  • Klaviyo
  • Shopify
  • Meta Ads

Inventory & suppliers

Inventory that watches itself

Low-stock alerts before you sell out, draft purchase orders, and one source of truth across suppliers, your store, and your sheet.

  • Shopify
  • Airtable
  • Google Sheets

Lifecycle & marketing

Flows that fire on the right signal

Abandoned-cart, win-back, post-purchase, and segment syncs wired to real store events — not a guess about timing.

  • Klaviyo
  • Shopify
  • Meta Ads

Reporting & dashboards

The numbers, in Slack, every morning

A daily revenue and ops digest delivered automatically. No more exporting CSVs and rebuilding the same chart by hand.

  • Notion

Don't see yours? If it's repetitive and lives in software, we can probably automate it.

03How it works

Three steps. Then you forget it exists.

  1. Free teardown

A 20-minute call where we map the busywork your store actually runs on, then hand you a written plan: what's automatable, the hours and dollars it's costing, and exactly what we'd build. Free — and yours to keep even if we never work together.

  2. We build it — in 1–2 weeks

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed up front. We build and test on the tools you already pay for, document every workflow, and walk your team through how it runs.

  3. You own it. No lock-in.

The workflows live in your accounts — exportable and documented. No monthly fee to us to keep them running. Want us on call for changes? Optional. Your choice, not a leash.

04What you can count on

Built to be yours — not to keep you hooked.

You own everything

Every workflow lives in your accounts: exportable, documented, yours. We hand over the keys, not a dependency.

No monthly lock-in

Pay for the build, not a subscription to your own automations. Maintenance is optional and on your terms.

We'll tell you when not to

If a task isn't worth automating — or automation is the wrong call — we say so. Honest scope beats a bigger invoice.

Money-back on the build

If the first automation doesn't do what we agreed it would, you don't pay for it. Simple.

05Founding brands

Be one of the first stores we build for.

automations.help is new, and we're hand-picking a small first group of DTC brands to build for. Founding brands get the free teardown, a discounted first build, and a direct line to the person building it — in exchange for an honest case study once it's running.

  • Small first cohort
  • Discounted first build
  • Direct line to the builder
  • Everything documented as we go

06Pricing

Transparent. Fixed. No surprises.

Most builds land between a single workflow and a full ops system. We scope and price it up front — you approve before we build a thing.

07Questions

The stuff you're actually wondering.

Do I really own the automations?

Completely. Everything is built in your own accounts — Shopify, Klaviyo, n8n and so on — fully documented and exportable. There's no fee to us to keep them running, and nothing stops working if you walk away.

What tools do you build on?

The ones you already pay for: Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Stripe, your 3PL, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets — connected with n8n or Zapier under the hood. We don't make you adopt a whole new platform.

How long does it take?

Most single automations are live within days; a connected system is typically 1–2 weeks from approved scope. The free teardown gives you a real timeline before you commit.

What if it breaks?

Every build is tested and documented, and we include a fix-it window after launch. After that you can handle changes yourself or keep us on an optional retainer — your call.

Do I have to sign a monthly contract?

No. You pay for the build. Maintenance is optional and month-to-month. We'd rather earn the next project than trap you in a subscription.

Is my store too small or too big for this?

If you're losing real hours every week to repetitive software tasks, automation pays off. The teardown tells you honestly whether it's worth it — and we'll say so if it isn't.
