Who we are

automations.help is a done-for-you AI and automation service operated by Cory Watkins-Suzuki, a sole proprietor based in Los Angeles, California. When this policy says “we” or “us,” that's who you're dealing with — one person, not a faceless company. You can reach us any time at (310) 210-1796 or hello@automations.help.

What we collect

We keep data collection deliberately small. Depending on how you reach us, it may include:

• Contact and message details — your name, phone number, email, business name, and whatever you choose to tell us when you text, call, or fill out a form.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor (Stripe) when you pay for a service. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic, privacy-friendly usage data — aggregate analytics about how the site is used, measured without advertising cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

How we use your information

We use what we collect only to run the service, specifically to:

• Respond to you and answer your questions.
• Scope, quote, and deliver the automations you ask us to build.
• Prepare and send your free automation plan.
• Process payments and keep basic business records.
• Operate and support the systems we build and run for you.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

Our main call to action is to text us. When you text the number listed on this site, you're starting a conversation and consenting to receive text messages back from us about your inquiry and the services you ask about.

Message frequency varies based on our conversation, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only so they can perform their function:

• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Resend — sending and receiving email.
• Stripe — processing payments.
• Our messaging provider — sending and receiving the texts that power the Text-Back service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Work we build on your accounts

When you hire us, we often configure tools inside your own accounts — your booking software, your Google Business Profile, your messaging service. Information handled by those tools lives in your accounts and is governed by your agreements with those providers.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate. We don't build advertising profiles about you.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.

Your choices and rights

You are always in control:

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
• Ask us what information we have about you, and we'll tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including to know, delete, and correct — and we confirm we do not sell or share your personal information as those laws define it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we keep the amount we hold small on purpose. That said, no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are meant for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be reflected here on this page.
